We make things worth keeping.
About Us
Blank Canvas Studios is a creative studio built around one simple idea: the best moments shouldn’t disappear when the event ends.
Through live illustration, bespoke stationery, keepsakes and commissioned artwork, we create pieces that become part of the moment - and part of what you take from it afterwards.
Thoughtful, personal and made by hand.
Our Story
It started with a pencil.
Blank Canvas grew from Cece’s lifelong love of drawing and the little details that make something feel completely personal.
What began with illustration has grown into a studio creating for weddings, celebrations, private events and brands — from portraits drawn live in the room to stationery designed for the table and keepsakes made to be opened years later.
Our Team
Cece
Founder & IllustratorCece is the artist and hands behind Blank Canvas Studios. From live fashion-led portraits to stationery and bespoke commissions, she leads the creative side of every project -usually with a pencil, paintbrush or very specific opinion about the smallest detail.
Studio & Events AssistantAka
Aka supports the studio behind the scenes and helps everything run smoothly on event days, from set-up and logistics to making sure the live illustration experience feels seamless. He also happens to be Cece’s husband - which means Blank Canvas is very much a family affair.
Personal, always.
Nothing should feel like it could belong to somebody else’s event.
OUR APPROACH
We love beautiful things. But we’re just as particular about how they’re made and how the experience feels.
Easy to work with.
Clear communication, clear timings and a process you don’t have to chase.
Made to last.
We want to create things you’ll still care about when the tables have been cleared.
Out In The World
Where the work comes to life.
WHERE YOU’LL FIND US
